Home Modification Assessment and Recommendation:

We offer in-depth assessments from an occupational therapist point of view to customize your home modifications. Because we get to know you, how you move and think, the medical or functional challenges you are facing as well as the physical space you are in, our recommendations extend beyond grab bars and wider doors, aiming to create a home that perfectly suits your specific needs and desires. We provide comprehensive reports and plans as needed, collaborating with you, your family, architects, designers, contractors, or handymen to ensure your unique requirements are met.

Fall Prevention Services:

We understand that falling can be a significant concern, particularly for individuals with functional difficulties or increased likelihood of injuries. Our OT specializes in assessing your individualized risks for falling and devising strategies to mitigate those risks. Through personalized interventions, teaching and recommendations, we aim to reduce the likelihood of falls and promote your safety.

Programming for Wellness and Fall Prevention:

Private Pay Occupational Therapy:

If you have been discharged from medically necessary home health or clinic-based therapy, we offer private pay occupational therapy services for ongoing wellness. Our skilled therapist provides personalized sessions, addressing any residual concerns and helping you maintain and enhance your functional abilities. Stay tuned as we soon become contracted with Medicare, ensuring quality care for all.
