Fall Prevention Support

Falls are a serious concern, especially for those with mobility or functional challenges.
Our occupational therapist evaluates your personal fall risks and provides targeted strategies, training, and recommendations to help prevent them—keeping you safe and confident in your home.

Occupational Therapy in Your Home

We proudly accept Medicare Part B for in-home occupational therapy services.
No “homebound” requirement needed—our OT can see you right at home under your outpatient benefits. Medicare recognizes the value of care delivered where it matters most: in the comfort of your home.
